When on hold for Microcenter help,Why do they offer help by text and email??

When on hold for Microcenter help, Why do they offer help by text, chat and email??

In early part of call, there was one brief mention of a text number. It was not repeated and I was not able to write it down.

There was NO mention of of chat or email

This is crazy.

    Hello @hollis3636 and thanks for posting on the Microcenter Community Forum. For chat, you can go to Microcenter.com and scroll down to the bottom. You'll see a Chat icon to start a chat session.

    For texting you could have texted the number you dialed for Microcenter or text 614-850-3670.
