Canceled Order

I ordered a product on 3/15 and payed premium for next day shipping, only to find out that on the following day, the order has been canceled due to product unavailability. Truly unfortunate. Although the order was canceled, the payment was STILL charged. As of 3/18, I have not received a refund or any notice about the fact. Order number: 12312439

My apologies for the confusion here. I was able to check in on your order and I do see that it was canceled after the authorization was processed due to our being out of stock at that time.

I can confirm that this was only an authorization that was placed on your card and should fall off shortly. The length of time is typically dependant on your financial institution but I do see that the order has been canceled on our end. We received no funds as the order was not completed, since we were not able to ship the item.
