I am curious what motherboard this PC has:

I currently have a 1tb SSD thats an m.2 and I need to know if I can use it WITH the 512 that comes with this or if I would have to replace it. I wish that information like what the motherboard is was listed, if it was I could have clarified this myself.
I'm not seeing a motherboard model listed for this item.
I did notice that the specifications tab does show that there should be two M.2 slots (as you've seen), however, they are either both in use, or using the second would cause one of the other ports to be disabled.
Because of this, you'd have to replace the current storage if you're looking to use an M.2 slot.
