I noticed that the all the b560m boards have this deal written on them, except the ASUS B560M-A Prime.

EDIT:

When I try adding it to a cart with a CPU, the deal does seem to apply, which is weird. I wonder why that specific product isn't labeled with the deal.

When you place a reservation, the purchase isn't done online. We just place a 1$ temporary holding fee that should drop after a few days. Full payment is done in store and the system will see that bundle and discount 20$.
