acceptable ID for purchase of gpu

does that mean that if you're not a US citizen and don't have a state ID card Micro center wouldn't sell me a card? or would an official national identity card/passport from another country work for instance? thank you

Any photo ID with a current living address for confirmation should work fine for this.
