Empty Atari Card

Can an admin help me with this. {I bought the bartop arcade kit. But when I go to boot it wont boot with the atari sd card, just a blank screen. Is there an image I can download to reflash this?

I purchased the Atari Ultimate Arcade Fightstick USB Dual Joystick with Trackball, via Amazon, and it seems the MicroSD card is corrupt, as the screen display in blank, and only the red LED on the Pi lights up. I installed a MicroSD card with a known good image from another system, and that functioned properly. What's the easiest way to resolve this?
