Exhange outside of 30 day return period?

I purchased a 10850k Feb 9. With waiting to get all my parts and having time off work, I finally installed it yesterday.

In order to get a stable 5ghz I have to up the voltage above my liking, so wondering if it is possible for me to exchange for a 10900k and pay the difference?
