On 3/23/19, I purchased a new laptop with three MS Office 365 licenses at a discounted price. As I try to enter the last of the three licenses, Microsoft tells me the license is invalid. Please advise how I can resolve this issue. Per the website, I was advised to go back to the place I purchased the license which is MicroCenter. Reference number from the receipt is 045-PO-7545850 if that helps.
I do see the three 365 purchases on this reference. I'd recommend ensuring that you've entered the product key correctly. When you enter your product key, please do so without hyphens.
If you still continue to have issues, I'd ask that you return to the store with your products. Since the code is not listed on the receipt, I am unable to assist further remotely.
