I am working on putting together my first pc and I and wondering if anyone could find any better parts or suggestions that you would make to this list, I am also trying to keep the budget around that area give or take.
Hello @GHal07 and thanks for posting on the Microcenter Community Forum. You may want to choose another microATX motherboard. The 460m may not work with the I5-9600k. See the compatible motherboards for the I5 9600 below in the link.
Try going with the Asrock B365m DS3h or the Pro4. Both of these boards will fit into the Lian Li 205m chassis.
Also add your cost for the Windows 10 OS. You'll need an operating system to use your newly built pc.
I'd also recommend to add a 2ndary Hard Drive, like the WD Blue 1TB sku# 143396. The 512gb of storage space on the Nvme drive could be used up pretty quickly depending on how often you use the pc.
The 2ndary drive will just give you extra space. Probably best to put your games or documents, etc. on the 2ndary drive. Just use the Nvme drive as your windows drive only.
