Charged full price for open box
As the title says. I recently drove 2 hours to visit my nearest micro center to make a purchase of a open box motherboard, and after checking my receipt, I was charged the full amount as new. I tried to contact chat support and was directed to visit the store again. Is there anyway to get help without having to make the 2 hour drive again? Thanks.
