Lian Li Galahad 360 Black AIO Open Box Missing Parts

I recently picked up an open box discounted Galahad 360mm aio unit from the Minnesota location. Upon preparing to install I discovered I was missing parts "L" through "S," according to the manual. The RGB controller is missing, as well as the critical multi-connectors for the fan PWM and RGB management.

Wondering how I should approach getting those missing parts ASAP. They're obviously critical to the build, and I can't complete my swap without it.

I attached photos of the parts that came in box when I opened.. I'm not really sure what to think!

I will also mention the box was marked as "complete." Makes me wonder if anybody really checked.

Hello @SSam and thanks for posting on the Microcenter Community Forum. We're sorry you are missing parts for the open box AIO cooler. Can you provide us your MC reference number off the top of your receipt? We'll need to look up the order and make a note of this incident. Are you able to bring the cooler back to the store?

@SSam i'll create a ticket for the missing parts so its noted in the system. Yes please bring it back, we can get you another AIO or a comparable AIO if its not in stock.
