I'm on a $2000 budget and looking for a PC that can run your standard games online (fortnite, warzone, GTA, etc) and do some photo shop as well. Potentially looking to upgrade at some point to run VR as well..

Are there any parts that I need to add/swap out?

Hello @Teddybgs and welcome to our community! Looking over your build it's definitely ready to handle any and everything you are hoping to do. Just a few things I would change so you get the most out of your system. I see you have a DVD writer included the build. Your Fractal case doesn't have a slot to add it in your build. I suggest using an external DVD writer in place of it so you can still use DVDs if you like. You also have a 5400RPM HDD. I assume that this will be your storage device and the SSD will be the OS? If this is the case, then I'd use a 500GB SSD and a 7200RPM HDD. Since your 3060 has a recommended power supply of 650W, It's best to future proof your machine for any upgrades by stepping up to a 750W.
