Terrible customer experience

SNAFU

I was at the Parkvale MD store at 8 am because the website said they had the gpu I have waited months to buy. I was second in line. Within a half hour there were more than 50 customers in line almost all for the same reason I was there. The site opened at 10am, the line of customers went to the gpu section in an orderly fashion only to be told they had zero gpu’s. It was totally unusual to have so many in line on a Saturday morning. The manager should have come out, asked what people were there for and told us their website was very wrong and they had no cards. And apologize to us some like me who had come from more than an hour away. But they didn’t and instead had some kid tell everyone after waiting two hours. This is horrible customer service and I will NEVER shop micro center again.
