Need help updating PC parts to run GTA RP

I've recently started streaming GTA V RP and my computer can barely handle streaming it and playing it full screen. Even if I'm not streaming, I experience massive frame drops. Right now, I play with it on windowed and I stretch the display output in OBS so it can take up the entire screen, that's how bad it is. Any suggestions on what to update so that I can enjoy some better gameplay?

Those specs really aren't too bad for streaming, you could try a clean install of your video card drivers to see if that may help out with your issues first - https://community.microcenter.com/kb/articles/133-how-to-clean-install-video-card-drivers-in-windows-10

I would give that a try first before we look into possible upgrades of parts.
