Returned item. no refund back to credit card

Hi so I recently bought an item and returned it April 5th. Its currently April 8th and the money still hasn't been refunded back to the credit card. I checked the website and it said refunds within 5 days of return. I was wondering if it was already refunded on the merchant end and credit card company hasn't updated?

We process the refund in store as soon as you return the item, with most banks/cards it will take a few business days to post back to your account. If you don't see anything by next week, it is something we can look into further.
