WF link to apply to Micro Center Insider CC broken?

Hi there! I'm trying to applying to the Insider cc using the Apply Today button on this link:

https://www.microcenter.com/site/content/mcinsidercard.aspx

However I am met with:

The online application cannot be displayed. Please contact your merchant for more information.

How can I apply online without having to travel to a store?

The link is working fine for me this morning, I am going to assume Wells Fargo was doing website maintenance since it was outside business hours.
