I've tried now 12 times to get Motherboard and CPU install appointment and quick/drop off at my local st. louis Microcenter payment/scheduling done this is incredibly infuriating. TwT. Just last week it worked fine to get my fancy new Motherboard. While I waited for my CPU to be delievered... Can someone PLEASE help?
To add insult to injury I already called my Visa's card member service and they said my card is working perfectly fine. Its confirmed its Micro Centers end....
I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with this process. Our service department does accept walk ins so you may drop off the computer at any time and we can still get you checked in. Once again I am sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.
I eventually did walk in my PC and found out the service has to be in store purchased. Meaning the whole option on the site was obsolete. So I suggested next site update remove the button for purchasing/scheduleing and just offer the service. Since one can't buy the service online apparently.
I apologize for this and we appreciate your feedback. I will relay this to our leadership team here at the corporate office.
