Warranty
I had bought a model o last year for my birthday and recently it has stopped working correctly and i was wondering if I needed the receipt for it to be replaced?

Are you asking about using a replacement plan or a manufacturer warranty claim?
If it is through the manufacturer then you will need a copy of the receipt. If you are looking to use a replacement plan then you do not need a receipt. We can verify the purchase in the store using your personal information, the serial number, or the card you used to purchase it.
