Hello, I am the CEO of a nonprofit agency that lives/works near to your Overland Park Kansas store, about 30 miles away. I had been talking to the store manager about business between Micro and my business, then our communication ceased a while back, no further notice from her, nothing........ So I did some digging on the stores website just now and I found out that obviously there was a major change in management because, as I am attaching to this post, the store location information for Overland Park KS says that the Manager is now Mark Wallace. Anyway, I need to continue business with the new manager now, so would you all please have him email me and text me? A huge block in communication now too is that not one person in over a month now ever answers that stores phone as a live person. Never. It is my feeling that you should post, at minimum, the store managers email for urgent customer service situations such as what I am dealing with.
