I need to return an online order.

I tried to figure out how to cancel and it shipped too soon. Can I refuse the item for a refund and have if sent back? Do I need to return it to a store? How do I do a return for an online item?
Has not been received yet but it has been shipped as of 4/10/21 (paid for 2-day shipping....set to arrive today 4/14/21 but it's still in Tennessee and I am in Oklahoma)

I have tried searching the forums for online order return policy but the links I click say I need permissions to view the article.
