Can I reserve a part for a pre built pc?

I'm wondering if I can reserve or get an

EVGA - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 XC Gaming Dual-Fan 12GB GDDR6 PCIe 4.0 Graphics Card

They're currently out of stock but I know that they restock almost every day of the week. I don't want the graphics card by itself, I'm intending on it being part of the pre-built feature on the MC website, but as of now, it says that to place an order the part must be in stock. Please help.

Is there a way to have the pre-built pc come without the graphics card, meaning I will get the graphics card separately and install it once I have the rest of the pre-built?
