I had bought this headset around a week ago and it's been nothing but issues and the support team won't even answer/contact me for anything I've asked. I have the metal rattling around in my headset, everytime I turn on my PC the wireless transmitter doesn't want to connect to my headset, there is static every 5 min randomly from the headset, and my friends had told me that my mic randomly lags and cut out randomly. Is there any way I can replace or return them?
