FAILING AT BUILD WITH DAUGHTER FOR GAMING

I WAS ATTEMPTING TO BUILD A GAMING PC WITH MY 13 yr old DAUGHTER FOR HER FIRST GAMING PC & WE ARE HAVING ISSUES FROM THE START. I WAS CURIOUS IF I COULD GET MOST OF IT BUILT AND SHIPPED AND WE COULD PUT IN THE LAST COMPONENTS THAT MAY BE OUT OF STOCK (GRAPHICS CARD) THAT WE ALREADY HAVE? BELOW IS THE EQUIPMENT THAT WE ALREADY HAVE. IT WOULD BE GREAT IF WE COULD GET THE MBO, CPU, PSU & CASE ASSEMBLED AND SHIPPED TO US. FROM THERE WE CAN FINISH INSTALL. WOULD SOMETHING LIKE THAT EVEN BE POSSIBLE?
