I was looking for a gpu that can run Minecraft, Fall Guys, and Stardew Valley at a decent 60 fps. I only want to spend $175 max, and I saw the rediculous prices on other sites wich is why I am looking on microcenter. I have a AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core cpu. Does anyone know of a budget gpu I could get? Thanks!

Ummm... have you thought about replacing your 3600 with an APU? 🤣 Maybe a 3200G or 3400G?
I won't lie to you: it is a REALLY BAD TIME to be buying a GPU for $175 or less right now, even on eBay or Facebook Marketplace. You would be lucky to get an old GTX 750 Ti for that price (which honestly wouldn't be too bad for the games you listed).
However, if your current motherboard has video outputs (HDMI, DisplayPort, whatever) then I quite honestly suggest an APU to tide you over for now. The games you listed are not graphically demanding and, perhaps just as important, are not CPU demanding either. A 3200G or 3400G would also have very good resale value once GPU prices go back to normal again.
Have a look on YouTube to see what sort of performance a 3200G/3400G can offer and compare that to what you have now. If the performance uplift is 50% or more, I would buy the APU for now and plan to sell it later when GPU prices and availability return to normal. It's a dumb solution to a dumb problem, but it may just be your best option for 2021.
