Greetings. What is the intended use of the PC and your overall budget?
@DrowningShark just chiming in. Yes share with us what is your plan on the use of this build for. By looking at the components chosen, they're good choices, but in some areas of the build is overkill; especially if this will be a gaming pc.
Let us know.
If this is for gaming, I would immediately replace that 3900X with a 5600X, flat out. Better gaming performance and up to 2/3 of the multi-core performance. Not to mention the 5600X is easier to cool, so you can drop that C360 water cooling kit (if you want).
Then, regardless of the usage model of this new PC, I would make the following two changes:
(1) Swap out the two 16 GB kits for a single 32 GB kit of RAM (2 x 16 GB) because it is both cheaper and better for future upgrades.
(2) Dump that anemic SATA 2.5" SSD for a much better performing M.2 NVMe SSD, like the WD SN750:
Everything else looks fine-ish depending on the usage model of this new PC.
