Lost Office 365 activation keys

Approximately a year ago I purchased a Lenovo IdeaPad Flex. I also purchased three years of Office 365. I am receiving messages from Microsoft that I need to renew my subscription. Since purchasing my laptop from the Denver store I have recently moved to Florida and the renewal cards for my additional two years, as well as my receipt, are somewhere in storage and I am need the key code from them. Please help.

Hello @Pdeany and thanks for posting on the MIcrocenter Community Forum. Those 365 cards are directly from Microsoft. We don't have access to their database or their activation keys for office 365 merchandise we sell, unfortunately.

Are you able to access storage to attempt to find the 365 cards?

The other option would be to just invest in a renewal of office 365 either for a year or two.
