Aorus gigabyte z590 not recognizing keyboard
Hello,
My stepson purchased a Aorus z590 gigabyte motherboard with Lian Li case kit. He has the device assembled but at bootup it hangs at the Aorus bios screen with the f2, f12 and delete options but his keyboard is not recognized.
We have tried all of the USB ports with a wired Dell keyboard, reseated all of the cables, rebooted a few times and tried booting to the Windows flash drive with no luck. Hitting f2, f12 or deleted does nothing. The keyboard lights up but none of the keys or combination of keys (ctrl, alt, esc, del, num lock, f12, f2 etc) work.
Any tips?

Greetings, you have tried multiple keyboards and still have the same issue?

Thank you for the quick response! We took everything apart and started over. Not sure why but moving one of our ram sticks to another slot somehow may have fixed the issue.
Thanks again!
Mike
