Was a solution found for this problem? I am having this same issue. Both my work hard drive and personal stopped powering up at home, but are fine elsewhere out of the home.

We would recommend to try the same steps as Michael posted above and proceed from there.

Thanks for your response, but I already did. There is no on/off in the back of either computer and the computer was on from overnight, was able to log into work, then I restarted the computer and it would not turn back on. Hooked up my personal hard drive that has set for about a year and I got a blue screen drive error saying to run diagnostics but it won't stay on long enough to do anything.

What kind of computer do you have, is it a PowerSpec or a Dell, HP, etc.? Also what is the blue screen error message.
