My parents got me a Glorious Model O glossy white around December 2020- January 2021. Recently, the front side button became loose and came off the mouse. I contacted the Glorious Support Team and they need a order id. I don't have the order id and my parents said that they didn't have a email with the order id as well. Is it possible for me to get the order id?
