I dropped my computer off at the Rosemont store last week to get a diagnostic performed on it, odd BSODs. Filled out the form and everything, left both it and my GPU (taken out for transit and not put in, despite offering to with the representative), got home, and realized I don't have a repair order number to check in with it. I have a receipt for when it was dropped off and paid for, and a reference number on the receipt, but nothing else?
Is it something that'll be emailed once work can start on it? I know right now they're backed up over there and the rep said it might be two weeks before they can get started. Or did I miss something?
Hello! I was able to look up your service information, I don't currently see any updates in the notes under the repair and it looks like it was brought in about a week ago. Our technicians should contact you via phone or email when they have an update.
