Hello @Geo and thanks for posting on the Microcenter Community Forum. You'll need a USB thumb drive and use of a working computer that is connected to the internet. You'll have to download windows iso files onto a blank usb drive (see link below).
You'll need a valid windows 10 license BTW. If you don't have one, you can purchase a USB windows 10 drive from Microcenter or purchase a license key from Microsoft.com online.
Then you'll have to install windows 10 onto your computer (see video below).
Once you have windows installed, you can then download your computer drivers and Geforce drivers online.
