Dram error

The microcenter tech said my pc was good to go but my 570 msi godlike motherboard says dram error, what does this mean and how can I fix it

DRAM errors would be issues with the RAM. I would make sure the RAM is secure in each slot, you can also try 1 stick of RAM at a time in each slot and see if that makes any change

Well it looks like I cant get the last 2 slots to work but I really dont want to use the warranty to get a new one since I finally just finished it and I'd have to bring it back to get teched again and that took 3 weeks with only wiring

You can try restoring your BIOS to default/factory optimized settings and try again and see if that would make any change.

I couldn't find the option, I did however download the motherboard disk that came with the motherboard on to a usb

Have you tried using a single stick of RAM to see if the system will post while only one stick in place?

I dont know what you mean but I have tried turning it on when only one stick was in one slot at a time

When you open BIOS, when you select Save & Exit, there should be an option to Restore Defaults.
