hi! so im getting in to computers and builds, but im not really sure which parts are best for my budget. its definitely under 1,000. i cant afford that. but i was using the micro custom pc build and i saw some cheap parts with good ratings, but im just not sure if i need to up my budget. im just looking for something to casually game on, nothing big. help please!
Did you have a specific amount in mind for your budget? That would help us out with picking out parts (or a pre-built).
@Ian around 800-750 is what im thinking. i dont know if thats reasonable though.
@Ian but if i can go lower with a prebuilt is something id absolutely do too.
At that price range, I'd probably look at this pre-built: https://www.microcenter.com/product/626473/hp-pavilion-gaming-computer
I would suggest adding another 8GB stick of RAM to this (about $50) - like this https://www.microcenter.com/product/626749/crucial-8gb-ddr4-2666-pc4-21300-cl19-single-channel-desktop-memory-module-green
That would put you at a little under $750 before taxes.
