What does a warranty and what does it do?
What is a warranty and what does it do*
Hello. What specific warranty are you asking about?
Parts and labor
Manufactures provide a warranty that covers any hardware issues, this would include any parts or labor involved in replacing a faulty component. We are an authorized service provider for many manufactures and as a result would be able to service several computers under the manufacture warranty. Additionally we also offer Micro center protection plans that continue this type of service past the manufacture warranty, or in the case of our accidental plans, cover situations that wouldn't fall under the manufacture warranty like cracked screens.
Is it possible to get something replaced if it's still in the manufacturer's warranty
@Netpid just chiming in. What is the part or component that you are inquiring on if the warranty would replace it? Is this for a graphic card?
For the Glorious Model O, it says there's a 2 year parts and labor warranty. What does it do?
@Netpid for a Model O mouse, the manufacturer would probably just send you out another one if the old one is malfunctioning.
Ah, wouldn't I need the order ID?
@Netpid you may need the receipt. Have you contacted the mouse manufacturer on what all they'll need?
Which receipt? The receipt of the mouse being bought from microcenter?
Yes, they should just need your proof of purchase.
