Could really use some help in choosing parts for gaming pc!

For a while now, I have been looking at different completed builds on many different websites.

My question is, would someone be willing to create a list here on microcenter that not only remains within my budget of $1300 but also heavily resembles a white rbg build with minimal accents of pink (similar to the ones attached)? Performance is a big thing for me; however, appearance is also a critical factor. Games I would play include Minecraft, Warzone, Valorant, Sims 4 and 3, Fortnite, and also a few story games like Detroit: BH and The Walking Dead Game.

Do you need any peripherals (monitor, mouse, keyboard) and if so are they included in this budget?
