PSU: NZXT C650 Gold 80 Full Modular
GPU: Any RTX 3070
Storage: 1TB SSD Samsung 870 & 500 GB Samsung 980 NVMe
Heat sink: Corsair A500 Dual Fan
Hello @JSwim and thanks for posting on the Microcenter Community Forum. This is a good build to start off with.
You may want to increase your RAM later to 32gb, but not necessary at the start of your build.
For the RTX 3070 you may want to go with ah 850w PSU, especially with the other components for you PC build.
Below is a link on computer parts and the necessity for those parts for a rendering pc build. A rendering pc is just as good for gaming. No need to change parts whether the pc usage is gaming or rendering.
The RAM increase and PSU is a great recommendation, I'll definitely take that into account. I also thought of a 750w PSU as well
Most 3070's do recommend a 750W power supply so I would say that should be your minimum.
