I am using Outlook from office 365 and now on my Windows 10 PC, i cant get it to opn at all, please advise
Greetings, I am assuming you have already restarted your PC since you have had this trouble and it does not work?

Give this a try:
1. Press the Windows key and R on your keyboard to open a Run window on your PC.
2. In the dialog box, type outlook.exe /safe then click OK to open Outlook in Safe Mode.
3. Outlook will open to a Choose Profile screen, choose your account and then click on OK to open Outlook.
