Do you have a reference number for the purchase and we'll be emailing for the nature of your call/email to Cary so that they are aware of the reasoning for you inquiry. Please reply to the email.

I also would like to speak to Cary Regenye. There is no email, phone number or way to message. This makes customer service very difficult, especially when you live over an hour from the nearest Micro Center. I already made one very disappointing and unsuccessful trip down there.
