Greetings. What is the intended use of the PC and your overall budget?
Hello @Baze
1800$ Before GPU is a pretty big budget.
Unsure if you need a monitor as well, but here is a build that I think is very very high end, using a 5900X Processor, 32GBs of RAM (2x16GB), 1TB Samsung M.2 , 750w 80+ Gold PSU and the newest Corsair Case as well as a Corsair AIO and we are at 1500$. There isn't a lot of room to improve on specs here, but the extra 600$ can be put towards more aesthetics like RGB RAM or more storage.

With the components you have this should be able to handle most gaming you want to for this. the main concern will be the graphics card you are able to get for the system as this will determine how well the games will perform.
I think the build looks great! The 5800x is an amazing choice! I love the TUF series this year around. The matching cooler will look great and perform well! The big issue is really the GPU. The amd GPUs really don't fly off the shelf as quickly, so I would say that you have a decent shot!
