Question about Micro Center repair service.

I've recently tried to wipe my SSD and do a fresh install of Windows 10 21H1 via the Media Creation Tool (every other means of updating has not worked for me). I've made sure my BIOS settings are correct, the USB drives are bootable, and even used some USB's I've booted from in the past, however my PC just doesn't want to work with me and will not boot from a USB drive no matter what. So I was wondering if Micro Center could actually help with this issue at a store? Maybe put my SSD into a rig to do a fresh install of the Windows 10 media only, as I already have a key. I can only assume this is somehow an issue with my motherboard, however it still boots from an SSD just fine, I just need my version of Windows to be up to date. (Sorry if this isn't the right category, I'm new and don't know which one I should post to)
