GPU Artifacting issue

Hello folks! I troubleshooted my GPU and
found out that it is dying after it started displaying some artifacts badly. Monitor is fine and was not PSU responsible. As soon as i put in my spare GPU, it was working fine and dandy. After troubleshooting I conclude that my best GPU is dying. It was a RTX 2080ti. I was wondering does Micro Center repair squad fix GPU with artifacting? If possible, what would be the price?
