I am currently running 6700xt with 10700k , i am curious if moving to a Ryzen platform with a 3700x would be worth the change to take advantage of resizable bar. Not sure how much performance that will give me.

So for the smart Access Memory it will help the system perform better even if you are planning on gaming with it as it will allow your cpu to use the memory on the Graphics card. Below is a link from the AMD site with information showing the potential increases from it.
