Need Help building a budget pc for a friend
he wants to build a PC for around 800 and its really hard with my knowledge as of now. hes not an avid gamer so it doesnt need to be over the top

I would say the most difficult part of this build would be the GPU. The best way to get him started in the process would to use a processor with built in graphics. These are the parts that I would select.
CPU: AMD 3200g
Motherboard: MSI b450 Bazooka
Ram: G.Skill 16gb (2x8gb) 3200mhz
PSU: 650w Powerspec Bronze
Case: Lian LI 205m
Storage: WD Blue 500gb SN550 + Seagate 2tb HDD
