I had to buy the carrier for the CM4 module I just bought today from off of Amazon, offered by Waveshare. It's kind of odd not having a KEY component in a system or DIY build type device assembly.
And it doesn't QUITE seem like you're ever getting any of them in. What gives?
Looking into this, I know we've carried the MCM brand of carrier boards in the past, but it looks like we only have 2 in stock in Chicago and 2 in stock in Brooklyn. Our other stores appear to be sold out. This is the product in question: https://www.microcenter.com/product/636644/mcm-electronics-raspberry-pi-compute-module-4-i-o-board
I can reach out to our buyer and see if they can circle back with the vendor for this product. I know this won't help with you having to source the carrier board elsewhere right now, but I'd like to save you the trouble of having to source from multiple retailers going forward if possible.
