Power Surge Caused Graphics Issue - "No Input" to Monitor

Hello,

Today I had a brief power surge which caused a graphics issue with my computer. The monitor now says "no input" and will turn off. I have tried unplugging everything, plugging it back in and restarting with the same result. I have even tried a different monitor and had no luck.

Can anyone help me resolve this issue?

Does the computer still turn on - like fans/lights?

Yes, it was turning on (fans&lights).

I just checked with a local repair shop. Turns out my power supply needs to be replaced but everything else checked out great
