Just a general question. I purchased my PC with a warranty yesterday, I see that some of the warranty covers spills/accidents, defective parts, etc. Are there different plans or do the warranty covers the same thing? Is there a comprehensive list of what is covered? Thank you.

There are a variety of plans available and the one you have should be listed on your receipt.

If you are not sure which one you have, we can look into this further with you.

Thank you for the link, my receipt said the following: TWG TWG 3YR-REPAIR/REPLACE DT.

Is this applicable to the:

Accidental damage protection plan?

Date of purchase protection plan?

If it's applicable to the latter, are you able to add accidental damage? What would the cost be?

You have 15 days from the purchase date to return your extended warranty.  If you bought it because it says replacement that doesn't mean they replace it I found that out today and it's my loss I got a gift card useless
