I placed an order for me to pick up some items for my new computer. At the time it said the ram I wanted was in stock, however after placing the order I got an email saying it's not in stock and to check back later and order it for shipping. I was wondering when I get to the store can I just exchange that ram for one that's in stock?
Greetings. Are you referring to picking up different RAM? You may place another reservation for different RAM or grab it off the shelf in store, there is not an issue with doing that.
Oh okay maybe I was misunderstanding. If I order something and it ends up being out of stock is it canceled? Or placed on some sort of backorder? If it's just canceled that's fine I'll pick up a different ram when I pick up my order tomorrow.
If just the specific item was cancelled, then they do not have that in stock at the store. So I would suggest looking into reserving / picking up another RAM set.
