Accidentally purchased as a guest
I bought a new motherboard and didn’t get a confirmation email, then realized that I wasn’t signed into my account when I purchased it. Is there any that I can add that order to my account?

Yes you can do that, at the top of our website, click on My Account, sign in if needed, then at https://account.microcenter.com/members/account.aspx, click on "Add an Order" and enter the reference number from the top of your purchase receipt.
