I rarely have to do any returns however the process now is to have one of the checkout counter reps process the return for you (at least at the MN location). Anyone shopping here knows how busy that can be. They used to have a separate return station that wasn't always manned, nor did it need to be but to stand inline for sometimes a half hour to do a return and then have to stand in line again to pay for the replacement product is a HUGE pain in the rear. So much so, I'm writing this. There's got to be a better solution then this especially on any sales or holiday shopping. That's nuts.
