Why isn't Tech Support open. It's 9:20

Microcenter sure has changed when it comes to customer service... such as being able to get a hold of the store when computer is in repair shop or even get a hold of tech support. Supposed to be open at 9 this morning. It's 9:20 and its still closed....

My bad..  .. tech support opens at 10 am.  I was obviously hearing what I wanted to hear with the 
 message that said hours i I heard the 9 o clock.  That was the end of support hours. It just shows how frustrating it has been when I keep picking up the computer from service center to bring it home again to find it hasn’t been fixed yet.

Hello, we do not open until 11am on Sundays, this includes all departments/services we offer.
